No. If your background doesn't meet the rules, we remove it and replace it with the exact colour your document requires (white, off-white or light grey).

We detect 478 facial landmarks and your hair outline, then crop so head height, eye line and the space above your head fall inside the official ranges for your document. Every result shows these measurements. If a rule can't be met, we tell you before you pay.

Some documents, including the US passport and visa, don't allow glasses at all; others allow them only without glare or tinted lenses. Removing them is the safest choice for any document.

All prices are in US dollars. You pay by card or PayPal, and your bank or PayPal converts the amount to your own currency at its usual rate.

Your photo is used only to make your document photo and is never used to train AI. Processed photos are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload, so download your files soon after paying. See our privacy policy for details.
