This policy explains what GetVisaPhoto (“we”) does with your data when you use getvisaphoto.com.
What we collect
- The photo you upload, and the processed photo we create from it.
- Order details: the document you chose, the price, and payment status.
- Payment details are handled by Razorpay (and PayPal, if you choose it). We never see or store your card details.
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use your photo
Only to produce your document photo. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them.
How long we keep it
Processed photos and previews are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload. Order records (without photos) are kept for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to support@getvisaphoto.com.
