Shipping and delivery policy

Digital delivery only

GetVisaPhoto sells digital files. Nothing is printed or shipped, and there are no shipping charges. The service is available worldwide.

What you receive

• The digital photo at the exact pixel and file size your document requires (JPEG).
• Print sheets for A4 and 4×6 in photo paper, with copies at true size and cut guides.

When and where

Your files are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, on your order page — the same page that shows your preview. Download buttons appear there as soon as the payment goes through, usually within seconds.

How long the files are available

For your privacy, photos are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload. Please download your files soon after paying and keep your order link until you have them.

If you don't receive your files

If you paid but the download buttons do not appear, refresh the order page after a minute. If they still do not appear, email support@getvisaphoto.com with your order link and we will deliver the files or refund you under our refund policy.
